GB Removals Clearances (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides house clearance, rubbish removal and local removal services in and around Brackley, Bicester and Oxfordshire. For UK GDPR purposes we are the controller of personal data described below.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we may process:

  • Phone number
  • Email address (if you give one)
  • Postcode and job location details
  • Description of the job, including photos or messages you send
  • Any other details you choose to share while arranging a job

If you only browse the site without contacting us, we do not knowingly collect identifying information about you through this website.

WhatsApp, calls and Facebook

Our quote form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. When you continue in WhatsApp, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes that conversation under Meta’s terms and privacy policy. Phone calls and Facebook messages are handled through those providers’ systems as well.

Please do not include special category data (for example health details) in quotes unless it is necessary for the job — and only send what you are comfortable sharing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. We do not run Google Analytics or similar tools on gbclear.co.uk. The site may rely on normal browser and hosting functions needed to deliver pages securely. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

Quote and job messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or job, and then for a sensible period afterwards for follow-up, complaints or records (typically up to 6 years for completed paid work where relevant, shorter for unused quotes). You can ask us to delete messages that are no longer needed.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

  • Messaging and telecom providers you choose to use with us (WhatsApp / Meta, phone networks, Facebook)
  • Our website host (Cloudflare) which delivers this site
