These terms apply to this website and to quote requests you send us. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A separate job agreement may apply once we confirm a booking with you.

Quotes are not a booking

Using the form, WhatsApp, phone or Facebook starts a conversation. Prices we give are estimates unless we say otherwise. No job is booked until we and you agree the scope, price and date (and any tip or disposal fees). We may decline work that is unsafe, inaccessible or outside what we do.

Pricing

Quotes usually reflect volume, access, labour time and any tip or disposal fees. We aim to tell you the total before we start. If the job on the day is larger or harder than described (for example heavier loads, extra rooms, or delayed access), we will discuss an updated price before continuing where possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate details and photos so we can quote fairly
  • Tell us about access issues, parking, stairs, fragile items or anything hazardous
  • Only ask us to remove items you are allowed to dispose of or move
  • Be available (or arrange access) at the agreed time

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed when we book. Typically payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise. If a deposit applies, we will say so when booking.

Complaints

If something is wrong, contact us promptly on 07368 926054 so we can put it right where we can.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For consumer customers, your statutory rights are not affected. Otherwise, our liability for services is limited to the price paid for that job, except where the law requires otherwise. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you give us, third-party delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms for website use; booked jobs remain on the terms agreed for that job.
